Last time I was here I was talking about a bunch of Mount Eerie concerts coming up. This update is about how I added a few more. Especially there’s this one coming up quick, this Friday.

Aside from those show updates, here’s a couple other little things:

There’s a book coming out soon that’s philosophy about “lo-fi” music and the idea of escaping capitalism. It’s called “The Great Psychic Outdoors: Adventures in Low Fidelity” by Enrico Monacelli. It’s very interesting. And plus, there’s a whole chapter about my songs and how they fit in to those ideas. Do I belong in this book? I am flattered, either way.

The other thing is that I appeared on a cool podcast called Low Profile talking with my old friend Matthew Fenton about this band I put out on my label 17 years ago called PEACE. It was a wild conversation about a wild time. Here’s the episode.
